Who is The Wellbeing Motivation Speaker for schools?
Faye Carter
Director of Sixth Form, Deputy DSL, Designated Mental Health Lead, School Governor – Whitgift Independent School – London
Students experience an abundance of distractions, some of which results in a lowering of self-esteem, a decrease in their resilience to challenges and a deterrent to their focus on self-awareness, school work and exam preparation.
Courtney Orange is a renowned primary and secondary school speaker, who has also delivered talks and workshops at International Schools and SEND schools.
He is a former 6x Gymnastics Champion, international entertainer, now better known as a The Wellbeing Motivation Speaker for schools.
High School Speeches and Interactive Talks
Talks can either be delivered to individual classes, year groups, or at a whole school assembly.
In Courtney’s high school inspiring talks, he connects with students in a way that they can relate (e.g ….performing some of the latest dance moves…), and by going over different life scenarios, that students might have and could be experiencing.
Through Courtney’s own personal experiences at school, in life and as a high performing athlete, he delivers key messages that students can use, to keep positive and motivated, throughout their schooling and personal life challenges.
Student Group Interaction
As a former international dancer and street performer, Courtney’s speech deliveries are not complete without some INCREDIBLY engaging activities, challenges or games.
This might involve a whole year group, or class, partaking in an energising activity.
Or it might be sections of a class / group split up and working together on a particular challenge.

Sandown SchoolStudent Workshops
This would usually involve individual classes, where students would as a whole class, or in evenly split groups, be tasked with creating something artistic, expressive, or engaging and then asked to present what they have come up with, to the rest of the class.
Workshops can be created to specifically focus on a key message, or take away tool, which could be to do with – Communication, collaboration, happiness, courage or confidence building ……. (as examples)
Award Ceremonies
As a former 6x national gymnastics champion and professional dancer, having worked with Madonna, Will Smith and West Life, just to name a few, Courtney is often requested to present awards at school, or college award ceremonies.
After, or before any award ceremony, Courtney can deliver a short (10-20min) keynote speech, which would highlight the highs and lows in his career.
Students will take away from Courtney’s stories, some inspiring messages that will guide them on a motivational pathway, of positivity, throughout their personal and educational careers.
