The professional athlete speaker Courtney Orange and Paula Welsh were brought to the school through the incredible company Sports for Schools.
Roughly 600 children in total went through 4 different motivation activity exercises, lasting 1 min long each.
The activities were accompanied by some upbeat music & LOADS of encouragement.
After the slightly invigorating session of activities the children attended the morning assembly. The SPORTIVATOR and athlete speaker shared their insightful stories on how they achieved successes in their sports through many ups and downs.
Buzzing and TOTALLY inspired and energized, the school children left the assembly with plenty of stories and unforgettable messages to take home.
These children are just a fraction of the children around various boroughs of EAST SUSSEX that are being motivated in their wellbeing.
