The athletes Courtney Orange and Fred Afrifa were brought to the school through the incredible company Sports for Schools. Before the school had their morning assembly, the athletes got the children hyped up and invigorated with their exuberating ENERGY!!
Roughly 450 children in total went through 4 different sets of activity exercises, lasting 1 min long each.
The activities were accompanied by some upbeat music & LOADS of encouragement.
Buzzing and TOTALLY inspired and energized, the school children left the assembly with plenty of stories and unforgettable messages to take home.
