What are Motivation Mondays – Wellness Wednesdays – Freestyle Fridays all about?
If your leadership team, department or colleagues need a kick start to a new week, a wellness revitaliser in the middle of the week, or a fun filled end of the week team collaboration activity, then these sessions are for you.

Who is Courtney Orange
Known as “The Wellbeing Motivator,” Courtney is a former 6-time National Gymnastics Champion, professional dancer, and award-winning agency owner. His engaging talks and workshops have positively impacted over 600,000 individuals, including company teams and leaders.
Motivation Mondays
Monday is often the least motivating day of the week, but Courtney’s sessions boost energy and motivation, helping teams start the week with enthusiasm. This leads to greater productivity and focus.

What to Expect:

Wellness Wednesdays
This interactive session is designed to REVITALISE your mid-week. Using wellbeing techniques from champion athletes, it focuses on STRETCHING, POSITIVE Mindset, and STRESS RESILIENCE REMIDIES to BOOST your emotional and physical energy.

Between 15mins – 1hr
What to Expect:
Mindful movements, sense enhancing stretch sessions, sections of self talk, aspiring affirmation and dopamine dance basics delivered in a workshop / keynote talk format.
Freestyle Fridays
Friday is a day to let LOOSE, release the tension and get creative!! Tasks, challenges and communicative activities, form these fun filled sessions with happiness and laughter. Be prepared to get your thinking cap on, learn some hidden talents and connect more with colleagues & your inner self.

Between 15mins – 1hr
What to Expect:
A lot of smiles, cheers and excitement as individuals and teams are put through their paces in creative challenges and mind testing games. After the various gamification designed tasks, there will be a time of reflection on how individuals and teams responded, felt and processed the challenges.
