By doing things like the 6x point touch or 3x sizzling Stretch Strategies.
The 6x Point Touch is a really simple strategy of placing 6x pointsaround your workstation and then within 1 minute seeing how many times you can touch those 6x points.
The 3x Sizzling Stretch Strategies
Involves 3 stretches that can be done absolutely anywhere.
1st Stretch – Reaching upwards and stretching the body from side to side. This stretch helps to increase the blood flow and increase your muscular movement range.
2nd Stretch – Reaching down to touch your toes or knees, this stretches out your lower back and hamstrings.
3rd Stretch – With your fingers interlaced behind your back, pull your arms up as high as you can, this opens up your chest muscles, that might have closed, if you have been hunched over a keyboard, or your mobile / cell phone for too long.
