Here are 2 ways
To boost a positive mindset in school children
- – Growth Mindset Encouragement: Teach children that abilities and intelligence can develop with effort. Praise their hard work, perseverance, and learning from mistakes, fostering resilience and a love for challenges.
- – Gratitude Practice: Incorporate activities like daily gratitude journaling or group discussions where children share what they are thankful for. This practice helps shift focus from negative thoughts to positive experiences, building optimism and improving overall mental well-being.
These strategies cultivate a positive, resilient mindset that benefits academic and personal growth.
