There will always be a judgement towards new changes and management. Having and expressing your thoughts and opinionsOPENLY is vital during change.
It is a bad thing to be judgement mental especially if your judgement is kept to yourself, or only shared amongst colleagues.
5. ENCOURAGE
Always find the time to encourage your new leaders or colleagues during this transition period.
Any level of encouragement, from a personalised post-it-note to an email, to a letter. This all helps everyone involved in the changemanagement process.
