Courtney Orange as a former six times national gymnastics champion and Commonwealth Games competitor. Whitgift Independent School, brought in Courtney Orange to deliver a keynote talk to 150 sixth form students. The topics covered in the keynote talk were the topics of healthy lifestyles, relationships and sex education.

The topics that were covered by Courtney in his keynote speech, gave key advice on how to remain healthy and enhance an individual’s well-being and positive mindset as students prepared for examinations.

On the topics of relationships and sex education, Courtney covered elements on how to develop meaningful relationships and how to be cautious and responsible, when it came to having intimate relationships.
