Many people are looking to increase their productivity and their general well-being. This Triple S strategy has been practised and taken into daily routines by leaders, apprentices and workplace people throughout the world.
Stand Up
It is said that by standing longer during a day, rather than sitting, this can increase our life longevity.
There are a few good reasons why we should consider standing more often.
Those who stand more in a day have lower blood sugar levels, lower risk of heart disease and less stress and fatigue, than those who sit for 8 hrs or more each day. “Standing has a MUCH larger impact on our longevity than sitting.
Stretch the MIND & BODY
Stretching our minds with imaginative thoughts, can assist with our mental creativity and also help to enhance our mindset towards a more progressive and flow state thought process.
By stretching our bodies with very easy simple to do stretches in between sitting down periods, helps to increase our blood flow, which enhances oxygen to the brain. This can highly increase our awareness and productivity.
Silence
In this overly busy and overwhelming world that we live in, not many of us spend much time sitting alone in silence with our own thoughts.
By doing so, this gives us much needed time to reset, imagine and reflect upon things that we would never have thought of, if we did not stop and sit in silence or pause for a few seconds or a few minutes.
